Come Write In Writer’s Group

Whether you’re new to writing or a seasoned pro, drop “write in” to one of our writing sessions. Bring whatever you’re working on, keep writing, and find inspiration from other writers in our group. We’ll provide the space and snacks.

Spend the second and fourth Monday evening of each month from 6 to 7:30 PM writing with us. Registration not required.

We Are Board Board Game Club

Whether you’re new to Board Games, or have been playing for years, there is fun to be had for everyone! Join us in the Firefly room! This event is for those ages 13 and up. Registration is not required.

Senior Planet: Getting To Know Your iPhone Workshop

New to the iPhone or want to feel more confident using it? In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cover the basics to help you get comfortable with your device. Learn how to navigate your iPhone, adjust important settings, connect to Wi-Fi, download apps, and use helpful features that make everyday tasks easier. This class is perfect for beginners who want to build confidence and get more out of their iPhone.

Sourdough Starter Class

Learn how to grow your own sourdough starter, tips and tricks for baking the best loaf, and go home with a basic bread recipe. Come hungry, as we will be sampling sourdough and you’ll leave with your very own sourdough starter!

What is a Death Cafe ?

 

A Death Cafe is a place for people of all ages to discuss issues related to death and dying. The goal is to support each other in normalizing talk about death, which is an important part of life. It is a free gathering that is completely participant led. It is not therapy or a grief group. There is no agenda. We take turns speaking or just listening, thoughtfully and respectfully – you decide what you want to do at Death Cafe. All ideas and beliefs are honored and respected.
