Senior Planet: Getting to Know Your Android Workshop
New to the Android or want to feel more confident using it? In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cover the basics to help you get comfortable with your device. Learn how to navigate your Android, adjust important settings, connect to Wi-Fi, download apps, and use helpful features that make everyday tasks easier. This class is perfect for beginners who want to build confidence and get more out of their Android phone.

Everyone On Digital Skills Session
Join Everyone On, a national nonprofit dedicated to closing the digital divide.
Classes cover basic digital literacy topics like:
- Using a computer
- Exploring the internet
- Setting up and using an email
- Accessing online resources
Everyone On provides:
- Digital skills training once a week for 5 weeks
- A laptop for each participant who completes the course
- One-on-one support
Minimum of 10 participants are required to run class. Registration required for first class, but not other sessions. Participants must attend 4 sessions in order to be eligible to receive a laptop.
Laptop eligibility requirements:
- Age 18+
- Milwaukee or Waukesha County resident
- No (or limited) access to broadband; low-income; and/or unable to afford a computer
- No (or limited) digital skills
- Do not own a computer
